Our story
Hartwell Recruitment was founded on a simple idea: that recruitment works best when it's treated as a partnership, not a transaction. We wanted to build a firm that clients could rely on to genuinely understand their business, and that candidates could trust to represent their interests properly.
Today, we work across a broad range of sectors and disciplines, with particular depth in technology and financial services, including AML, KYC and financial crime, but our approach stays the same wherever we're recruiting: understand first, search properly, and stay involved until the job is done.
